Aleena Try-On Service
The Try-On service allows you to select between 2 to 5 dresses from the Try-On Collection and try them in the comfort of your home.
How It Works
Select between 2 to 5 dresses available under the Try-On service.
A service fee of SAR 59 (+ VAT) is added to your cart and paid upfront.
A delivery representative will arrive at your location within 3 hours of your order with the selected dresses for an at-home fitting session.
You may purchase any of the dresses during the session.
Payment & Refund Policy
If a purchase is made, the customer will receive a SAR 67.85 discount code (equivalent to the service fee + VAT), which can be applied to Try-On items.
If no purchase is made, the service fee (SAR 59) is non-refundable.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If the customer is unavailable, unresponsive, or refuses to receive the order, the service will be canceled and the Try-On fee will not be refunded.
The delivery representative will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the provided address. After this time, the order will be considered a no-show and will be canceled without refund.
Important Notes
The service is available within Riyadh city only.
The service applies only to dresses included in the Try-On Collection.
Some items may be unavailable due to limited stock.
A minimum of 2 dresses is required to complete the order.
The fitting session duration is up to 30 minutes.
The service is valid for one session per payment. To try additional items, a new booking is required.
Returns After Try-On
Items purchased during the Try-On session may be returned in accordance with the return policy.
In the case of a return, the Try-On fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and the return ribbon intact.
