Refund Policy


We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept free exchange within 72 hours of receiving the order.

Please note that free exchange is applicable within KSA only. In other countries, Aleena products purchased as part of a promotion are non-refundable or non-exchangeable under any circumstances.


Exchange Steps:

To exchange your product, just follow the return process. Once we get the item, you will receive a store credit that you can use to purchase the size/color you prefer or anything else from our store.


- Log in to your account

- Enter "My Orders" page

- Click on the “Request Refund” button next to the order

(Note: The return service is only available within 72 hours of your order's delivery, the refund button will be disabled after 72 hours)

- Select the product(s) to be returned and write the reason for the refund, then press Submit

- After receiving the submitted refund request, you will be contacted by the shipping company within 5-8 working days to pick up the product

- You can track your refund request status through your account


Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive and check your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.




  • You have 72 hours to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to exchange the item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-products.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Products of Aleena's clothing that are purchased during sales and discounts can be returned, and their amounts refunded as store credit.
  • Free returns in exchange for store credit are available only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Returns are not available in any other country.
  • Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.




  • Silk Products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable in any way. But If you receive a damaged product or not the product you ordered, you have the right to ask for compensation, replacement, or return. 
  • The objection must be within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Silk Products purchased with a discount are non-refundable or non-exchangeable under any circumstances.



  • Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
  • In the case of returns/exchange, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.


Store Credit refers to the amount of your purchase that is converted into a redeemable voucher, code or store balance, allowing you the flexibility to utilize it for a future purchase whenever you desire.
