Refund Policy

Amounts paid via “Buy Now, Pay Later” providers (e.g., Tabby, Tamara) will be refunded to the same account used for payment.

Payments made via online payment gateways (e.g., Apple Pay, Mada, Visa, or MasterCard) will be refunded to the same card used at the time of purchase.

Discounted products are excluded from cash refund policy (please refer to the "Returning Clothing" section for specific conditions).

Payments made via Cash on Delivery will be refunded as store credit to your account wallet. (Wallet credit is equal to the value of the returned product, and you can use it to purchase again from our website using the same email. The wallet balance cannot be transferred outside the website under any circumstance.)

Payments made through the store wallet will be refunded to the same wallet and cannot be refunded by any other means. If you wish to postpone your purchase or wait for new arrivals, the amount will remain available in the wallet for two years from the date of refund.

Wallet credit cannot be transferred from one customer account to another without identity verification and necessary procedures.

If a customer paid partially via wallet and the remaining amount through another payment method, the refund will be processed back to the same payment sources.
Example: If SAR 300 was paid from the wallet and SAR 100 via a BNPL provider, the refund will be as follows: SAR 300 to the wallet and SAR 100 to the BNPL provider.
If part of the order was paid via Cash on Delivery, the full refund will go to the wallet. -
Orders not received by the customer after three contact attempts will be refunded to the customer’s wallet within 10–14 business days, with shipping fees and shipping tax deducted.

Cash on Delivery service fees are non-refundable if the order was delivered to the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date products arrive at the warehouse.

Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded within 10–14 business days.

Orders canceled after shipping but before delivery will be refunded minus SAR 29 for operational fees.

Shipping fees, shipping taxes, and customs duties (for international orders) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Customs duties vary by country and are applied by customs authorities in the delivery country. These fees are paid by the customer directly to the customs office. We do not collect these fees and do not have exact information on their value. We recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate these costs before placing your order.

For international orders, if the refund is issued via bank transfer, a fee of SAR 50 will be deducted, in addition to any applicable bank transfer fees.

For international orders, if the net refundable amount is less than SAR 500 after all deductions (shipping, return, bank fees, and/or customs if applicable), the refund will be issued as store credit.
Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of order delivery. Return requests are processed within 8–14 business days.

Products cannot be edited, added after the order is completed or received. However, an order can be canceled before shipping for a full refund within 10–14 business days according to our refund policy.

For international orders, the customer is fully responsible for return arrangements and return shipping fees. Our role is limited to receiving the returned product at our warehouse and verifying return conditions.

Refund processing begins once the returned item is received at the warehouse, with shipping fees (and international return fees if applicable) deducted.

The refunded amount will reflect the original product cost, excluding shipping fees paid on delivery.

If the product arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, product details, and attach a video plus 4 clear photos of the product (2 inside the shipping box, 2 outside). The damage will be inspected within 2 business days. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 8–14 business days, and a replacement will be shipped within 6 business days.

If a wrong item was delivered by the shipping company, the order must be returned first (within 8–14 business days) for inspection. Once verified, the correct item will be shipped within 6 business days.

Lost orders before delivery: If your order is lost before it reaches you, a replacement will be shipped within 6 business days.

Missing item in order: If your order arrives with missing products, contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery. The missing product will be shipped within 6 business days.

Return shipments are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for any products returned to our warehouse that do not belong to our store or were incorrectly returned.
Return Conditions for Aleena Clothing:

You have 7 days to decide if the product is right for you. If you wish to return an item, please request the return within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and similar items cannot be returned, even if in original condition.

Please check your returns before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of products not sold by our store.

The white safety seal must not be removed. Returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken.

Returned items must be in original condition and in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for products with perfume smells, discoloration, signs of wear, damage, missing tags, washing, or any alterations.

If a returned item arrives in a non-original condition or is not the correct product, the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense (SAR 29 excluding VAT).

Aleena clothing purchased at a discounted price (e.g., product listed as SAR 300 instead of 400) will only be refunded as store credit, regardless of payment method.

Free return is available only once and within Saudi Arabia. If the customer does not respond after three return attempts by the courier, the return will be canceled, and the customer will bear the cost of a second return attempt (SAR 29 excluding VAT).

If the customer requests another return attempt after the product has been reshipped, they will bear the return fee of SAR 29 excluding VAT.

Note: Original shipping fees and Cash on Delivery service fees are non-refundable.
Return Conditions for Aleena Silk Products:

Silk products cannot be returned under any circumstance.

However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, you are eligible to request or return within 72 hours of receiving your order, provided that the product is in original condition and packaging.
