Premium Service Policy
The Premium Try-On service allows you to try up to five occasion dresses in the comfort of your home, with the support of an Aleena assistant who will help you choose the right size and supervise the fitting session.
How to Use the Service

Select between two to five dresses that are available under the Premium Try-On service.

A 150 SAR service fee + VAT is added to the cart and paid upfront.

The Aleena Customer Care team will contact the customer via WhatsApp to confirm the address and schedule the visit.

The assistant arrives at the scheduled time with the selected dresses for an at-home fitting session.

The customer may purchase any of the dresses tried during the session.

If a dress included in the Premium Try-On service is purchased, the customer may request size alteration for that item.
Payment and Fee Refund Policy

If a purchase is made: the customer receives a 150 SAR discount code that can be applied to any of the items selected for the Premium Try-On service.

If no purchase is made: the 150 SAR fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation or Absence

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled through Customer Care at least 24 hours before the visit.

If the customer is not present at the scheduled time, the order will be canceled according to the refund policy, and the Premium Try-On fee will not be refunded.
Important Notes

The service is available within Riyadh city only.

The service is exclusive to occasion dresses only.

Some dresses with low stock may appear as unavailable for selection.

The minimum to complete an order is two dresses.

The fitting session duration is one hour.

Items purchased through Premium Try-On can be returned, but the refund amount will be deducted by the Premium Try-On fee.

The product tag (if any) must not be removed, and the product must remain in its original condition according to the return policy.

The Premium Try-On service applies only to the products selected under the service.

The service can be used once per payment; if the customer wishes to try additional products, they must purchase the service again.

The customer may request to shorten or tighten the item they choose to purchase, after the fitting. These measurements are documented by the Premium assistant and approved with the customer’s signature.

After signing the measurement form, no further adjustments can be made.

Products that have been shortened or tightened under the Premium Try-On service cannot be returned or exchanged.
