Returns

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns/exchanges within 24 hours of receipt for most items in new condition.

Please note that free returns/exchanges are applicable in KSA only. In other countries, customers will be asked to pay for the returns/exchanges shipping fees.

1. Please contact Customer Service via email at Returns@shopaleena.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return/exchange and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Our carrier will contact you to pick up the item from you.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive and check your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 5-15 working days. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions For Aleena Clothing

1. You have 24 hours to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. All Silk Products Cannot be returned unless you received a wrong or damaged item.
3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
4. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non products.
5. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Return Conditions For Aleena Silk Products:

1. Silk Products are not returnable in any way. But If you receive a product that is damaged or not the product you ordered, then you have the right to ask for compensation, replacement, or return. 
2. The objection must be within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Note: Products purchased with a discount are non-refundable or non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
