What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong item, please arrange for the return through the "Your Orders" page, selecting "incorrect items received" as the return reason. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, within 24 hours of receipt. The refund option will be disabled after 24 hours. For more details, check the REFUND POLICY page.
What should I do if I have a missing item in my order?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us via WhatsApp at +966550720658 or email at customerservice@shopaleena.com. Send us your order number, the missing item's name, a photo of the order upon arrival, and a photo of the bill of lading. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake.
How do I search for a specific item?
The search bar allows you to search by keyword or product name. The bar can be found in the top-right corner of the website.
How do I make a purchase?
Simply browse the site, click on the desired product then click on the "Add to Bag" button. The product will then be in your cart, which you can visit by clicking on the bag icon on the top-right corner on the website. Continue shopping and once you are ready to place your order, revisit your bag and click on "Checkout". Follow the simple instructions to complete the checkout process.
Can I change or amend the products in my order once it has been placed?
Currently, this feature is not available. To change or add a product, you have to cancel the order or place another one. However, we're working on developing this feature, so stay tuned.
Am I able to place an order via telephone?
We apologize. This service is not currently available.
Is there a cost for duties and taxes?
A value-added tax is applied in Saudi Arabia, amounting to 15% of the order's value. In GCC and other countries, your order might incur customs charges upon arrival. Therefore, kindly review the customs regulations applicable in your country.
The product I would like to order is out of stock, when will it be available again?
Product availability will appear on our website when it comes back in stock. An "Out of Stock" label will display next to the sold-out products.
What should I do if I placed an order and the amount was deducted, but I did not receive an order confirmation?

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What should I do if I received a damaged product?

What should I do if my order was delivered to the wrong address?

What should I do if I have not received my order?
Aleena delivery timeline in Riyadh is 24-48 hours, across KSA is 2-6 working days, and outside KSA is 7-14 working days. To check your order status, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at +966550720658 or email at customerservice@shopaleena.com, and they will do their best to address the issue.
How can I refund a product?
Returns are extremely easy and simple. Just visit the "My Orders" page, select your specific order, click on the "Return" button, and choose the reason for the return. For more information, please check the REFUND POLICY page.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. If it's already on its way, you'll need to cover the shipping fees. If you cancel after shipping, you'll get a refund within 15-20 working days once we receive the returned item. I had paid cash on delivery and want to return my order, can I get the cash back?
Orders paid by cash on delivery will be refunded as store credit (which is the amount of your purchase converted into a redeemable voucher or code, allowing you the flexibility to use it for a future purchase whenever you desire); however, getting your cash back is not available.

What are the return conditions for Aleena Clothing?
You have 72 hours to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return the item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-products. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
How can I track my return?
You can keep an eye on your return by going to My Orders page. The different statuses mean the following:
Return Requested: Our Courier will contact you to arrange a pickup in the next 8-14 days.
Return Approved: We're checking the quality of your order.
Returned: After we finish checking, we'll email you to confirm if your return is approved and when you'll get your refund.

Payment & Installment
What payment methods does Aleena accept?
We currently accept payments through Apple Pay, Mada, Mastercard, KNET, Visa, Cash on Delivery, Buy Now Pay Later options in KSA (Tabby, Tamara) and store credit. Cash on Delivery is only permitted for orders inside KSA.
Is there a cost for duties and taxes?
Yes, a value-added tax (VAT) of 15% is applied to orders in Saudi Arabia, calculated based on the order's total value. For other countries, including those within the GCC, customs duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival of your order. We recommend checking the specific customs regulations in your country to understand potential additional costs.
Why is my payment being declined?
Your payment might be declined for several reasons, including an incorrect CVV number, an incorrect card number, or insufficient funds in your account. If this happens, an instant error message will appear during the "Order Review" step. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank to check for any issues with your card or payment method.
How do I pay using Apple Pay?
We now accept Apple Pay to make payments easier on devices that are compatible with Apple Pay. If you're using Apple Pay on a Mac, the payment option will only be available through Safari while using iOS. You can use Apple Pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards.
To pay with Apple Pay, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your cart. When you are ready to place your order, select Apple Pay at checkout, and authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device's passcode.
